Director Dealings

The Company received notification that Robert Mellors, a Director of the Company, purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 19 December 2007 at a purchase price of 98.562p.  Robert Mellors, following this notification, owns 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the business representing 0.17% of the Company's issued share capital.
