Sports Direct International plc ("the Company") was notified on 3rd March by Michael James Wallace Ashley that he continues

to hold 410,400,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company but that by reason of the reduction in the number of ordinary

shares iin issue with voting rights he was now interested in 71.53% of such shares.
