The Company has been notified that David Singleton, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) on 23 October 2008 at a purchase price of 37.60p. 

David Singleton, following this notification, owns 153,621 Ordinary Shares in the business representing 0.027% of the Company’s issued share capital
