Declaration of Interim Dividend

The Board of Sports Direct International plc has declared a dividend in respect of the financial year ending 29th April 2007 of 1.03p per share, payable on 31st July 2007 to shareholders on the register on 29th June 2007.

In the prospectus issued earlier this year, the Company stated that the first dividend to be declared after Admission was expected to be a dividend in respect of the financial year ending 29th April 2007, payable on 31st July 2007, and that in the absence of unforeseen circumstances the dividend was expected to be an aggregate amount of approximately £7.4m.

The Directors do not expect to declare or recommend any further dividends in respect of the financial year ending 29th April 2007.
