The Company has been notified that Simon Bentley, Acting Chairman of the Company, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) on 24 October 2008 at a purchase price of 39.2p.  This shareholding represents 0.043% of the Company’s issued share capital.
