Directorate Change

Sports Direct International plc announces that it has been informed by Malcolm Dalgleish that he has decided not to stand for re-election at the Company''s Annual General Meeting in September 2010.

Keith Hellawell, Chairman of Sports Direct, said:

"I am sorry that Malcolm has decided to leave the board in September.  He has made a very valuable contribution, particularly with his extensive experience of retail property, and will be greatly missed".

Malcolm Dalgleish said:

"I will be sorry to leave the board of Sports Direct, but my other business commitments make it increasingly difficult for me to devote sufficient time to this dynamic business.  I wish the Company every success in the future".
